Deployed Philippines Inc. is seeking a procurement professional to manage daily replenishment, RFQs, and supplier relations for its premier Australian manufacturing operations in Manila.
You will coordinate with ERP systems and support BOM accuracy to ensure timely deliveries to production teams. Based in Metro Manila, this onsite role requires 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, with familiarity in ECi M1 and Dynamics 365 BC.
The client is a premier Australian manufacturer specializing in custom, high-performance mine-spec service vehicles, water carts, and support equipment for the mining, civil, and commercial sectors. Trusted by industry leaders, the company combines custom engineering with end-to-end support to keep fleet operations efficient in harsh, remote environments.
Daily Inventory Replenishment: Monitor and action daily reorder sheets every morning to ensure standard production consumables and parts remain fully stocked.
Strategic Sourcing & RFQs: Develop technical specs, request competitive vendor quotes, and perform detailed commercial analysis for custom, bulk, or non-standard orders.
Procurement Strategy Support: Assist supply chain leaders in executing strategic sourcing projects and delivering operational procurement support across the business.
End-to-End Order Management: Process, track, and manage purchase orders through the M1 ERP system, keeping tabs from initial request through to delivery confirmation.
ERP System Migration: Support inventory data cleansing, vendor data validation, and workflow testing in preparation for a upcoming launch of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Supplier Relationship Management: Strengthen ties with current vendors, onboard new suppliers, manage lead times, and lower supply chain risks.
Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate optimal pricing, freight rates, and volume discounts across both local and international supplier networks.
Production Line Alignment: Work directly with the Australian workshop team and track vendor timelines to ensure parts arrive in sync with production schedules.
Dispute Resolution: Resolve delivery discrepancies, handle damaged goods claims, collect credit notes, and reconcile invoice differences with finance.
Sales Order Support: Rapidly source parts for customer requisitions passed along from the external sales team.
2–3 years in purchasing/procurement, including hands-on daily reordering and handling complete RFQ lifecycles.
Previous background in heavy manufacturing, automotive engineering, mining equipment, construction, or adjacent industrial markets.
Solid understanding of ECi M1 or a similar manufacturing ERP/MRP tool; hands-on experience with ERP system migrations (preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central) is a major plus.
Ability to understand manufacturing bills of materials (BOMs), parts lists, and engineering descriptions to accurately prepare sourcing requests.
Clear verbal and written English skills for everyday collaboration with offshore internal teams and international suppliers.
