• Strong collaboration across teams.
• Background in pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations using ERP and vendor portals.
• Manage quotation requests via email and online portal.
• Maintain records of all open and completed quotations.
• Collaborate with sales and vendors to confirm pricing and availability.
• Assist in allocating inventory to active sales orders.
• Ensure quotation data is entered in the ERP system.
• Organize emails, files, and pricing/availability updates.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors.
