You will respond promptly, complete fact finds, identify upsell opportunities, stay updated on products and pricing, and work with cross-functional teams to maximize each lead.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service in related industry.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple quotations.
• Proficient in using quotation and CRM software, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking for pricing and markup.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Polite and professional communication via phone, chat and email.
• Understanding of sales techniques and methodologies.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a drive to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Complete fact finds with customers to understand needs.
• Prepare accurate quotations and visuals based on requirements.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell with every customer.
• Recommend best-selling products and offer price breaks.
• Maintain accuracy in quotation and artwork processes, including quoting and supplier selection.
• Proactively touch base with customers to build accounts and convert leads.
• Update and maintain product and supplier knowledge, pricing, and upcoming changes.
• Monitor quotation metrics to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize lead potential.
