Job summary

Unity Communications is looking for a Sales Quotation Specialist to power the sales process with precise quotations using ERP systems and vendor portals. You will manage quotation requests, maintain records, and collaborate with sales teams and suppliers to confirm pricing and availability.

The role requires at least two years in sales quoting, ERP proficiency (SAP Business One preferred), strong data accuracy, and clear English communication. Hybrid work with on-site training is offered.

Qualifications

• At least two years in sales quoting or a similar support role.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred).
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
• Ability to search product data in vendor portals and verify stock.
• High accuracy in data entry and documentation management.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• High school diploma is required.
• Pharma product training or knowledge is advantageous.
• Background in pharma distribution or related field is preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations using ERP and vendor portals.
• Handle quotation requests received via email or online portal.
• Maintain records of open and completed quotations.
• Collaborate with sales and vendors to confirm availability and pricing.
• Assist in assigning inventory to active sales orders.
• Ensure quotation data is accurately entered in the ERP system.
• Organize relevant documentation, emails, and pricing notes.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors.
