Philippine Bible Society, Inc. is seeking a Business Solutions Specialist to oversee, maintain, and optimize key business information systems including ERP, POS, CRM, Payroll, and website.

You will implement process improvements, ensure data security, provide user support, and collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver reliable technology solutions. The role offers opportunities for professional growth with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing learning

Qualifications

Graduate of BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related computer course
Knowledge of software development, system integration, and business process management
Experience in managing and supporting business applications such as ERP, POS, CRM, Payroll, and web-based systems is an advantage
Proficient in database management, system maintenance, backup procedures, and user access administration
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks while ensuring system reliability and security
Willing to provide technical support, conduct user training, and continuously learn new technologies and business solutions

About the role

As a Business Solutions Specialist, you will oversee, maintain, and optimize the organization's business information systems, including ERP, POS, CRM, Payroll, website, and other business applications. You will support business operations by ensuring system availability, implementing process improvements through automation and customization, maintaining data security, providing technical support to users, and collaborating with internal teams and external providers to deliver efficient and reliable technology solutions.

What we're looking for

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related computer course
