Job summary

BSA Solutions Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Business Systems Specialist/Analyst to support ERP implementations and process improvements across client environments. You will translate business needs into functional specs, maintain documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include data mapping, testing (UAT), and ensuring changes are properly documented in SharePoint and ClickUp. A strong background in ERP systems and analytics is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting ERP implementation projects.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in SQL data analysis and reporting.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation experience.
• Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, and data mapping or reconciliation activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to facilitate discussions with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and translate business and customer requirements into functional and technical specs.
• Support ERP and business systems implementations, integrations, data mapping, and reconciliation activities.
• Assist in analysing business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Build and maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow maps, and system configuration records.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to support operational performance and decision-making.
• Assist with UAT, test design, execution tracking, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Maintain documentation in SharePoint and ensure delivery activities are tracked in ClickUp.
