Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Associate to support the day-to-day management of Equities Admissions across LSE markets. You will oversee admissions, instrument reference data and regulatory updates while driving process improvements.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external market participants, with potential leadership responsibilities for Manila-based colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in financial markets operations, admissions, reference data or client service.
• Leadership capability with coaching and mentoring colleagues.
• Ability to prioritise competing demands and maintain oversight across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support Admissions Manager in day-to-day delivery, ensuring applications meet market and client deadlines.
• Act as SME for Admissions processes and guide internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of admission pipelines, identify risks and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate with issuers, NOMADs and market participants to progress applications.
• Ensure controls, governance and documentation support Admissions activity.
