Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a Director of Operational Change to lead change programmes and drive continuous improvement across Post Trade Solutions. You will ensure alignment with business goals, strengthen readiness and resilience, and assume local site leadership for Markets Operations in Manila.

You will work with global heads to ensure strong risk and control standards, connect with the Markets organisation, and drive an efficient operating rhythm with governance participation.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualification.
• Extensive experience in operations roles.
• Significant people management and leadership experience.
• Extensive stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic planning and operational activities for the Function, SBU or region to drive operating rhythm and efficiency.
• Leads the delivery of daily operations and projects to achieve strategic objectives and maximize ROI.
• Provides senior support to ExCo, CEO, BU Lead or COO in strategic and day-to-day delivery.
• Establishes operating rhythm including calendar ownership and visibility for LT.
• Develops metrics to capture, analyze and report effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Drives alignment and removal of barriers to execution with documented commitments.
• Engages in group planning, supporting leadership teams with yearly strategic planning.
• Manages a team with performance management, development, guidance and coaching.
