Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group in the Philippines seeks an Analyst, Live Service to provide pre and post trade operational support across LSE and Turquoise markets. You will work in a high-risk front-line role reporting to the Manager, Live Service, with real-time incident management and market monitoring.

The role requires 2 years' experience in financial client support, strong attention to detail, and ability to work across extended trading hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role supporting financial clients.
• Experience in real-time/live service operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of equities and financial markets is important.
• Ability to work across extended trading hours and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support extended-hours trading operations and incident management, ensuring market stability and client service.
• Undertake Market Recovery actions for London Stock Exchange and Turquoise markets, including start-ups and resumption of trading.
• Provide real-time support for market activities across LSE and Turquoise equities.
• Identify and minimize risks in pre/post-trade operations; review risk indicators and remediate gaps.
• Collaborate with product, IT, Sales, and Trading on system enhancements and issues.
