Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in Manila seeks an Assistant Manager, Equities Operations to oversee day-to-day admissions activity across LSE markets and ensure timely processing, data accuracy and governance. You will lead stakeholders, manage inquiries and contribute to continuous improvement across the Admissions function.

The role interfaces with Market Operations, Technology, Compliance and Product, supporting process changes and ensuring high standards of control.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in financial markets operations or admissions processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Leadership experience or potential within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Admissions Manager in day-to-day admissions activities and ensure timely processing.
• Act as SME for Admissions processes and oversee pipelines, risks, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, Product and Operations to deliver changes and improvements.
