Job summary

The London Stock Exchange Group in Manila is seeking a Senior Associate to support Admissions delivery within the Equities Operations team. You will oversee day-to-day admissions tasks, coordinate with issuers, NOMADs and market participants, and drive process improvements while ensuring control standards and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within a financial markets, operations, admissions, reference data or client service environment.
• Solid understanding of capital markets, equities trading environments, admissions processes or related market operations activities.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience coaching, mentoring, coordinating or developing colleagues within a team environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Admissions Manager in day-to-day running of the Admissions function, ensuring applications processed accurately.
• Act as subject matter expert on Admissions processes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of admission pipelines and drive timely resolution.
• Liaise with issuers, advisers, NOMADs and market participants to progress applications.
• Ensure Admissions activity is supported by controls, governance and documentation.
• Provide guidance and leadership to colleagues across the team.
• Lead or contribute to process improvements, automation, system changes and user acceptance testing.
