Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group in the Philippines is seeking a Content (Lead) Analyst - Equity Indices to ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality of our Equity Indices data in Datastream. You will coordinate with data suppliers, respond to client queries and support onboarding and market maintenance.

This associate role requires strong communication, attention to detail and proficiency in Office; knowledge of Power BI, VBA or SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Power BI, AI tools, VBA and SQL is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including midshift and graveyard shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with data suppliers to resolve missing/incorrect/unclear data, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining supplier relationships.
• Deliver accurate, timely responses to Equity Indices data queries, ensuring high service standards.
• Complete assigned projects within deadlines with accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and accomplish Content Enhancement requests and supervise maintenance of existing markets.
• Conduct follow-up training sessions to other analysts to improve team capability and process consistency.
• Supervise and lead tasks, including Datastream Calculated Indices, and resolve client cases and queries.
• Prepare and update documentation on all market processes for accuracy and completeness.
• Seek ways to improve processes or procedures for efficiency.
