Job summary

Shore360 in Clark, Pampanga, is seeking a Purchasing Officer to coordinate end-to-end equipment orders from entry to invoicing, with a focus on Pronto ERP and service quality. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication with internal teams and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will manage supplier POs, monitor backorders, and ensure timely receipting and invoicing within the correct accounting period.

Qualifications

• Strong background in providing sales support, customer service, and administrative assistance with high attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of suppliers, logistics, accounts receivable/payable.
• Well-developed communication skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and build relationships.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure while supporting team objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms, priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of equipment orders, providing timely updates and clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Raise and manage supplier purchase orders and transfers to fulfill equipment orders.
• Track backorders and communicate ETAs; escalate issues as required.
• Ensure timely receipting of purchase orders into Pronto ERP and prompt customer invoicing.
• Optimize freight-in costs by applying supplier terms and consolidating order processes.
• Organize and manage the return of stock to suppliers and return transfers to sites.
• Ensure orders are processed according to specifications for full delivery and on-time service (DIFOT).
• Analyze order completion processes and contribute improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
