Job summary

OVIALAND INC. in the Philippines seeks a dedicated equipment and logistics coordinator to manage the distribution, utilization, and movement of construction equipment across multiple project sites.

You will monitor performance, downtime, and availability to support efficient operations. The role includes planning preventive maintenance, reviewing repair scopes, coordinating with mechanics and suppliers, and ensuring SOP and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in equipment management and utilization, logistics operations, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, logistics planning, and resource allocation.
• Good coordination, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the distribution, utilization, and movement of construction equipment and vehicles across multiple project sites.
• Monitor equipment availability, performance, utilization, and downtime to support efficient project operations.
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to minimize equipment breakdowns and downtime.
• Review and validate repair scopes, quotations, and schedules, ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with mechanics, service providers, and suppliers for inspections, repairs, and parts procurement.
• Ensure all equipment and logistics activities comply with company SOPs and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, repairs, and logistics activities.
• Prepare reports on equipment performance, risks, downtime, and logistics concerns, and escalating significant issues to management.
• Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management.
