The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the movement, delivery, and monitoring of materials, equipment, tools, and personnel between the Head Office, project sites, suppliers, and other designated locations. The position ensures that logistics activities are properly scheduled, documented, and completed efficiently and on time.
Coordinate the delivery, transfer, and movement of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to and from project sites.
Prepare and monitor delivery schedules, trip schedules, pull-out requests, and other logistics-related activities.
Coordinate with project sites, warehouse, procurement, suppliers, drivers, and other departments regarding transportation and delivery requirements.
Monitor the availability and assignment of company vehicles, trucks, heavy equipment, and other transportation resources.
Coordinate with drivers and operators regarding trip schedules, assigned routes, loading/unloading requirements, and delivery instructions.
Ensure that delivery documents, receiving reports, gate passes, trip tickets, and other required logistics documents are properly prepared and submitted.
Monitor the status of deliveries and provide updates to concerned departments and project personnel.
Coordinate the loading, unloading, and proper handling of materials and equipment to minimize delays, damage, or loss.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle trips, deliveries, equipment transfers, fuel usage, and other logistics-related transactions.
Assist in monitoring vehicle and equipment registration, permits, insurance, preventive maintenance schedules, and other required documents.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field.
Experience in construction, engineering, solar, or renewable energy projects is an advantage.
Knowledge of logistics coordination, delivery scheduling, fleet management, and material movement.
Familiarity with delivery receipts, trip tickets, gate passes, receiving reports, and other logistics documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and email applications.
Good coordination and communication skills, especially when dealing with drivers, suppliers, project sites, and internal departments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to monitor multiple deliveries, schedules, and logistics requirements simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent logistics requirements.
