Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in equipment or fleet management, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations and preventive maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with equipment or fleet management systems is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites nationwide.
