This full-time onsite role offers a structured entry point into the BPO industry, with coaching and hands-on learning from day one. The position involves handling inbound calls about products, orders, and deliveries, and gaining essential product knowledge and customer service

Qualifications

• College graduate
• No prior BPO experience required
• Good English communication
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to retail-related inquiries
• Provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information
• Assist customers with orders, payments, and delivery concerns
• Process order changes, cancellations, and account updates
• Resolve product and service complaints professionally
• Assist customers with returns, exchanges, or other requests
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
