Qualifications

• College graduate with good English communication.
• No call center or technical support experience required; BPO/tech background a plus.
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule; basic computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to technical inquiries.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and technical processes.
• Assist with account, device, connectivity, or service-related concerns.
• Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the CRM.
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex technical concerns when needed.
