You will assist customers with technical and service concerns, troubleshoot devices and connections, and document steps while meeting quality and productivity goals.

Qualificações

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• No BPO experience required.
• Fresh graduates and career shifters welcome.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn technical systems and troubleshooting processes.
• Customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite and shifting schedules.
• Must reside in Cainta, Quezon City, Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Pasig, San Juan, or Taytay.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with technical and service-related concerns
• Troubleshoot device, software, connectivity, or account issues
• Provide clear, step-by-step solutions
• Answer questions about products and services
• Process account and service requests
• Document troubleshooting steps and customer interactions
• Escalate complex technical concerns when needed
