Richbuild Industrial Sales Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our Help Desk & IT Support team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental.

This full-time role welcomes those new to the BPO industry and includes comprehensive training to develop your technical and customer service skills. As a frontline support specialist, you will resolve issues, document interactions, and strive to meet performance targets while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Active listening and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and basic IT knowledge (preferred).
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technical skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide technical support and guidance to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support systems.
• Troubleshoot common technical problems and escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when necessary.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
• Assist customers with product information, account inquiries and general support requests.
• Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings and resolution rates.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and address customer concerns.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning programmes to enhance skills and product knowledge.
