Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is hiring an entry-level Preseller or Field Sales Agent to strengthen our sales network across the Greater Manila Area. The role focuses on visiting outlets, securing orders, and achieving planned turnover while upholding our standards.

You will work with a dynamic team to drive customer development, execute in-store merchandising, and use available tools to monitor performance. A valid driver's license is an advantage, and mobility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any Business-related discipline.
• Experience in executing market activities.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Highly motivated and values-driven.
• Professional Driver's License is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in Greater Manila Area (high mobility).

Responsibilities

• Sells and secures orders from existing and prospective customers.
• Meets daily and monthly sales targets with proper area coverage.
• Ensures 100% call rate and uses available SFA tools where applicable.
• Arranges delivery schedules with partners and issues order confirmations.
• Ensures proper placement of CDE within outlets.
• Keeps customer data current and enrolls new outlets promptly.
