Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with the technical team regarding repair progress and customer requests.
• Encode, organize, and maintain accurate records of customer transactions and service documents.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
• Ensure timely communication and updates are provided to clients throughout the service process.
• Perform other administrative and customer support tasks as assigned.
