Job summary

GoTyme Bank is seeking a Senior Growth leader to co-own the go-to-market roadmap for the Entrepreneur and Professional segment. You will blend commercial thinking with relationship capital to move growth across archetypes including traditional retailers, digital sellers, and licensed professionals.

You’ll partner with the Segment Strategy Senior Manager to drive acquisition, activation, and lifecycle deepening, while building partnerships with chambers, trade associations, and e-commerce

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years in growth, partnerships, business development, or community-led GTM with evidence of multiple channels.
• Experience with entrepreneur, SME, or professional communities in the Philippines is a strong plus.
• Track record of owning growth outcomes across channels and partnerships.
• Strong relationship capital and ability to earn trust quickly.
• Commercially literate with CAC/LTV, funnel metrics, and simple business cases.
• Hands-on, high-energy, and comfortable with risk/compliance in fintech or financial services.
• Clear communicator who can brief product teams and engage chamber presidents.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the segment growth roadmap with the Segment Strategy Senior Manager and help set OKRs.
• Translate archetype behaviors into segment insights that shape messaging and channel choices.
• Run an ongoing insight loop: direct customer conversations, benchmarking, and community listening.
• Source, build, and manage partnerships across chambers, trade associations, professional societies, and platforms.
• Design and run on-the-ground activations, community events, and partnership launches.
• Co-design GTM initiatives and build repeatable playbooks for each archetype.
• Design lifecycle journeys with marketing, CRM, risk, and compliance in mind.
