Job summary

GoTyme Bank is seeking a Senior Social Media & Community Manager to own the bank’s social ecosystem and drive growth across owned channels, KOLs, and online communities. You will translate brand and business objectives into actionable social strategies and lead a social content team to hit key performance indicators.

You will define priorities, optimize performance using insights, and collaborate with Brand, Product, Creative, and CS to integrate social across marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Min. 7 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content strategy, community management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing social media and content strategies across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and management of GoTyme Bank's owned social media channels, KOLs, ambassadors, online communities and content studio.
• Define social media, KOL and community strategy to align with brand and business objectives.
• Grow social presence and engagement across all owned channels using data-driven insights.
• Set content strategy and calendar, ensuring platform-native content aligned with business KPIs.
• Build and manage GoTyme's organic social community presence and identify opportunities for authentic engagement.
• Own social media performance and optimization using analytics and listening tools.
