Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an SEO Support Specialist to lead onboarding and implementation of enterprise customer accounts from its Eastwood, Quezon City site. You will develop scalable account structures across business units, perform keyword research, and configure analytics integrations, including GA4 and Adobe Analytics.

The role requires strong English communication, project management, and the ability to work full-time during EST business hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple implementations
• Experience explaining technical concepts
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Willingness to work EST business hours
• Experience with enterprise software or SaaS implementations

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of enterprise customer accounts
• Develop scalable account structures across units and markets
• Conduct keyword research, page grouping, and competitive research
• Configure AI Search Performance tracking and customer personas
• Coordinate with customers on strategy, reporting, and priorities
• Integrate Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate resolutions
• Maintain clear customer communications on progress and risks
• Create implementation plans, trackers, and documentation
• Present findings and recommendations to customers and stakeholders
• Manage multiple enterprise projects with timelines
• Utilize AI tools for research, analysis, and process improvement
• Identify opportunities to automate implementation processes
