Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead HRIS SaaS solutions to enterprise clients in the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end enterprise sales processes, coordinate with marketing, and present compelling demonstrations to prospective customers.

You should have at least 2 years of HRIS SaaS sales experience, be outgoing and highly motivated, and willing to travel for client meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales.
• Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy.
• Manage end-to-end enterprise sales process and resources.
• Work through leads to Sales on CRM.
• Track customer interaction and transactional information in CRM.
• Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
• Enhance branding by increasing visibility on various platforms.
• Keep abreast of competition and products.
• Communicate effectively with management, customers and support staff.
• Travel to customer locations to support sales efforts.
