You will mentor a team of Relationship Managers and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to enhance customer engagement.

The role focuses on strategic account management, revenue growth, and developing best practices for virtual relationship building in a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in B2B account management or relationship management.
• 2+ years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and account management best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience building and developing account management processes and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute the overall relationship management strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and cross-selling.
• Coach and mentor Relationship Managers to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support) for a seamless customer experience.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and development of team members.
• Ensure CRM data quality and regular performance reviews with the team.
• Participate in joint customer meetings offering strategic oversight and executive support.
