Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B account management or relationship management (Telco/ICT preferred).
• 2+ years in a team lead or supervisory role.

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and build lasting relationships.
• Coach and mentor Relationship Managers to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
