A growing telecom company in Metro Manila seeks a motivated individual to handle outbound calls to promote offerings, engage potential clients, and assist in closing sales opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous but not mandatory. This is an on-site position with a focus on team support and achieving conversion KPIs.

Qualificações

• Experience in telemarketing, BPO, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to assigned lead lists.
• Present company products/services and explain key features.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Set appointments or forward qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate logs and update customer information.
• Meet daily call quotas and conversion KPIs.
• Participate in meetings and team activities.
• Exhibit professional behavior aligned with company standards.
