Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to conduct multi-channel prospecting, build qualified opportunities, and accelerate pipeline growth from our Quezon City offices.

You will leverage LinkedIn Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Outreach and HubSpot to target potential customers, with a night shift schedule and weekends off, onsite in Quezon City, earning up to PHP 85,000 plus sign-on bonus, incentives and commissions.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in sales development, outbound sales, lead generation, or prospecting.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an SDR or in a comparable outbound prospecting role.
Strong record of cold outbound performance, including booked meetings, qualified leads, conversions, or pipeline generation.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Lemlist or Outreach, and HubSpot, with familiarity across similar CRM and sales engagement platforms.
Strong multi-channel prospecting skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Ability to optimize underperforming sequences by refining messaging, targeting, cadence, and outreach tactics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize outreach and adapt to different prospects, tools, and sales processes.

Responsibilities

Conduct multi-channel outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and achieve attendance targets.
Manage prospect communications, follow-ups, and engagement activities throughout the outreach cycle.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor prospect progress, identify engagement risks, and facilitate timely handoffs.
Partner with Marketing and Sales to align outreach messaging and follow-up strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize messaging, targeting, cadence, and sequences to improve response and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and activity data across CRM and sales platforms.
