Exypnox is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound engagement and qualify leads for Boostlingo’s platform. You will open doors through calls and emails, crafting conversations that convert into demos and opportunities with a global tech team.

The role requires 3+ years in outbound sales, English fluency, and a willingness to work a night shift from Metro Manila with two in-office days. Growth and top-tier tools support your success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of outbound sales experience or 4+ years B2B sales experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Based in Metro Manila due to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound engagement with 70+ calls and 50+ personalized emails daily using CRM & prospecting tools.
• Identify and qualify high-potential leads to generate interest in Boostlingo’s solutions.
• Schedule at least 10 qualified demos monthly for the Account Executive team.
• Experiment with new outreach tactics to boost response rates.
• Provide consultative insights by understanding prospect challenges and offering solutions.
