Trainocate Philippines is seeking an experienced IT sales leader to drive new business development and nurture long-term partnerships with enterprise clients across the region. You will own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, reporting to the Country Manager – Cloud & Non-Cloud.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in IT sales, deep knowledge of cloud, data, cybersecurity, and AI technologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field.
• 8–10 years IT sales experience, preferably in IT training, cloud/infrastructure, cybersecurity, data/AI.
• Proven business development, client acquisition and account management experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology trends including cloud, data, cybersecurity and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership with mentoring or managing sales teams.
• Results-driven with ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting new clients via email, SMS and calls.
• Setting meetings with decision makers.
• Maintaining and building relationships with existing and potential clients for long-term partnerships.
• Providing weekly status updates to reporting manager.
• Leading and growing the sales team.
