Job summary

GCash is looking for a Growth Manager – B2B Enterprise to drive enterprise growth through strategic campaigns and partnerships. You’ll work with the Enterprise Sales Team and cross‑functional groups to turn market insights into scalable growth initiatives.

This role requires 5–7 years in growth, digital, or performance marketing within B2B/fintech settings, plus strong analytics and stakeholder management to optimize investments and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, trade marketing, product management, business development, or related fields.
• Experience in B2B, enterprise, fintech, telco, mobile apps, or consumer technology is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on acquisition and retention of enterprise clients.
• Identify and analyze customer, market, and business insights to uncover opportunities for growth.
• Translate data and market insights into effective marketing campaigns, tactical plans, and business initiatives.
• Partner closely with the Enterprise Sales Team and cross-functional teams to deliver growth initiatives.
• Manage and drive cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution and measurement.
• Explore partnerships and business opportunities contributing to enterprise growth.
• Monitor growth metrics, ROI, and performance to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and investments.
• Manage marketing budgets and financial reports to ensure responsible use of resources.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve processes and ways of working to boost efficiency.
• Ensure projects and marketing plans are delivered on time.
