GCash, the nation’s leading FinTech, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for Innovations to shape the future with consumer-led product propositions and go-to-market plans. The role focuses on understanding consumer needs, driving growth, and improving business performance through data-driven marketing.

You will collaborate with Product, Finance, and Brand teams to craft business cases, plan A&P investments, and manage launches within a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in brand marketing with consumer insights experience.
• 2+ years in business case development and A&P budget management.
• 1+ year in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills turning data into insights and plans.
• Excellent writing for insights, briefs, and propositions.
• Experience shaping comms strategies and campaigns.
• Solid project management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify target consumer segments and understand needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop compelling product propositions and marketing mix aligned to brand.
• Build business cases using insights; plan A&P investments and growth opportunities.
• Develop go-to-market plans and manage launch timelines with marketing calendar.
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and optimize user growth, value, and revenue.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Risk, Legal, and other teams for compliant launches.
• Improve team processes and support development of team members.
