Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business case development and advertising and promotions (A&P) budget management.
• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable plans.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience developing communication strategies and campaigns that drive acquisition and usage.

• Identify target consumer segments and understand needs, behaviors, usage drivers, and pain points using analytics and market research.
• Develop compelling product propositions and align with brand strategy and programs.
• Build business cases using consumer insights and user analytics; plan A&P investments to meet targets.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and manage launch timelines with the marketing calendar.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and optimize to improve user growth and revenue; manage budgets.
