Qualifications
- 10+ years in business development or sales in financial services, fintech, or regtech.
- Strategic thinker who builds pipelines and penetrates large accounts.
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, or compliance tech; platform sales preferred.
- Experience with crypto or blockchain clients is highly preferred.
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand APAC market presence.
- Identify and close new opportunities, especially within crypto and fintech.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level buyers.
- Collaborate with product/compliance/ops to tailor KYC solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to guide leadership.
- Represent ADVANCE.AI at industry events and networks.
