Job summary
Intellect Design Arena Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager based in Manila to drive enterprise engagement and expand our FinTech footprint in the Philippines. You will pitch next-generation eMACH.ai and Core Banking architectures to senior banking executives, guiding complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
The role requires a proven track record in enterprise banking software sales, strong domain knowledge of Core/Digital/Wholesale banking, and regional experience closing deals
Qualifications
- Proven enterprise B2B sales experience in Banking Software or FinTech.
- Strong knowledge of Core Banking, Digital Banking, and Wholesale Banking.
- Track record closing enterprise software deals in Philippines/Southeast Asia.
- Adept at multi-stakeholder procurement and value-led selling.
- Familiarity with regulatory trends and cloud adoption in banking.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise client engagement and sales cycles for AI, Core Banking, Digital Banking, and related solutions.
- Build C-level relationships with banks and NBFIs in the Philippines.
- Oversee license renewals, AMCs, and upsell/cross-sell within accounts.
- Develop local SI/partner networks to scale lead generation and procurement.
- Lead discovery workshops and client presentations across ASEAN as needed.
