Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a motivated System Sales Officer to drive sales of Wayfinding Systems, Digital Directory Solutions, and digital display products in Metro Manila.

You will identify potential clients, present solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to close opportunities. The role requires strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, plus the ability to travel within Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in IT, software solutions, or digital display sales.
• Knowledge of LED and digital display systems is an advantage.
• Understanding of system integration involving hardware and software.
• Willingness to travel within Metro Manila.
• Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client management abilities.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Wayfinding Systems, Digital Directory Solutions, and display products.
• Identify, profile, and engage potential clients.
• Present products and solutions effectively to prospective clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, packages, and reports.
• Generate, develop, and manage sales leads.
• Coordinate sales activities and liaise with internal teams, including TROs.
• Submit weekly activity and performance reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
