Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Manager for Enterprise Cybersecurity to lead the PH Security Engineering function, delivering enterprise cybersecurity capabilities across Security Architecture, IAM, PAM, Perimeter and Network Security, and security assessments.

You will align with the global Enterprise Cybersecurity strategy, manage a high-performing team, set KPIs, and drive risk reduction and incident response, while promoting collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8–12 years of industry experience.
• Degree in a technical discipline required.
• 2–5 years of management or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PH Enterprise Cybersecurity team and provide technical guidance.
• Drive delivery of cybersecurity initiatives across IAM, PAM, security architecture, and network security.
• Serve as escalation point during security incidents and outages; drive remediation and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with global security leaders to align priorities and enable execution.
• Establish and report security KPIs and platform health metrics.
• Manage team capacity, priorities, and project execution.
• Perform supervisory responsibilities per policy and law.
• Focus on Security Engineering leadership and delivery.
