Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Manager for Enterprise Cybersecurity to lead the PH Security Engineering function, covering Security Architecture, IAM, PAM, and Network Security. You will drive critical initiatives, serve as a technical escalation point, and report on security KPIs while aligning with global security strategies.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of security frameworks and risk management, and the ability to collaborate across teams and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 8-12 years of industry experience typically expected.
• 2-5 years of management or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PH Security Engineering function across Security Architecture, IAM, PAM, and Network Security.
• Serve as technical escalation point during security incidents and outages.
• Define and track security engineering KPIs and metrics.
• Collaborate with global Information Security leaders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Provide supervisory leadership and resource planning for the team.
