Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Manager for Enterprise Cybersecurity to lead the PH Security Engineering function, delivering and advancing cybersecurity capabilities across IAM, PAM, security architecture, and network security.

You will serve as escalation point during security incidents and drive alignment with global Information Security leaders, while tracking KPIs and managing team capacity to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 8–12 years in the security field.
• 2–5 years of management or lead experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PH Security Engineering function and drive technical guidance and decisions.
• Deliver critical cybersecurity initiatives across IAM, PAM, Security Architecture, and Network Security.
• Act as escalation point during security incidents and major outages, driving remediation and root-cause analysis.
• Align security priorities with global Information Security leaders to ensure consistency and execution.
• Establish, track, and report security KPIs and operational metrics to show risk reduction and service health.
• Manage team capacity, priorities, and resource planning to ensure project execution.
