Dexcom Inc. in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Manager for Enterprise Cybersecurity to lead the PH Security Engineering function and align with the global strategy. You will steer Security Architecture, IAM and PAM, Perimeter and Network Security, and Security Assessments while guiding a high-performing team.

You will act as escalation point during incidents, drive risk reduction, and report security KPIs. This role offers growth opportunities in a globally connected organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required.
• 8–12 years of industry experience with leadership roles.
• Proven track record in enterprise cybersecurity programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PH Enterprise Cybersecurity team and provide technical guidance.
• Drive delivery of initiatives across IAM, PAM, Security Architecture, and network security.
• Serve as escalation point during security incidents and outages.
• Align local security efforts with global Enterprise Cybersecurity strategy.
• Establish and report security engineering KPIs and ensure operational excellence.
• Manage team capacity, priorities, and performance objectives.
