Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B client success or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise clients and retention.
• Experience supporting IT services or enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on with proposals, contracts, renewals, and billing coordination.
• Knowledge of ITSM concepts and incident/change lifecycle.
• Understanding commercial documents and approval workflows.
• Strong English business communication skills.
• Ability to manage CRM and pipeline records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with assigned enterprise clients.
• Coordinate client requirements with internal teams.
• Monitor client feedback and retention indicators.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, POs, and billing documents.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data.
• Support client meetings with materials and notes.
• Escalate service or retention risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
