Job summary

yGen Innovations Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to open new enterprise accounts in the Philippines for IT, cloud, and AI solutions. You will work with enterprise decision-makers, design outreach strategies, and build a scalable pipeline of opportunities.

The role requires 3–6 years in BD/B2B sales, a strong PH network, and familiarity with IT/AI offerings. Remote setup based in the Philippines with US business hours coverage.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition.
• Strong network in the Philippine enterprise market with access to decision-makers in SI, IT consulting, BFSI, BPO, conglomerates or government.
• Background in IT, software, cloud, or AI solutions.
• Creative and entrepreneurial, able to spot market problems and shape them into offerings.

Responsibilities

• Reaching out to potential clients across a range of business solutions.
• Identifying new business opportunities with PH enterprise decision-makers and shaping them into offerings the team can build and deliver.
• Assessing target markets to find where demand exists and how prospects prefer to be approached.
• Designing outreach strategies and processes the wider team can repeat and scale.
• Building and nurturing a pipeline of prospective clients through consistent, informative follow-up.
• Gathering and packaging market and pricing information that helps prospects decide.
• Coordinating with internal teams to turn promising conversations into scoped engagements.
• Reporting on outreach activity, market findings, and pipeline movement.
