Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B direct sales experience in IT hardware, AV solutions, or workplace/tenant services.
• Proven track record managing corporate or MNC clients in the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of tender processes, RFPs, and procurement workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing key corporate accounts by understanding needs, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities focusing on mid to large enterprises and MNCs.
• Drive full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including tender submissions and contract negotiations.
• Promote tailored solutions that may include AV technologies, network infrastructure, and workplace fit-out or tenant solutions.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to craft customized solutions.
• Monitor account performance and sales metrics to meet or exceed targets.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
