Job Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for developing new business and managing client
accounts in Visayas. This role focuses on prospecting, generating project-based sales, and
promoting AV-IT solutions to government and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within assigned Mindanao sectors
• Generate and manage a pipeline of project-based sales opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and basic needs assessments
• Present AV-IT solutions and manage the full sales cycle
• Prepare basic quotations and assist with bidding requirements
• Follow up leads promptly and maintain an updated sales tracker
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and project support
• Continuously learn product features and technical specifications
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing accounts
• Comply with company policies and ethical standards
  

Qualifications

• College graduate (ECE, CoE, IT, or any Business-related course)
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience in AV-IT, auxiliary systems, or related fields
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
• Willing to travel frequently across Visayas
• Preferably based in Cebu City
  

Qualifications

• Office-based with frequent fieldwork and client site visits.
• Extensive travel within Visayas may be required.
