Job summary

DVI Solutions Asia in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer to install, test, and maintain AV and workplace technology at client sites. You will ensure systems operate reliably and provide on-site technical support with strong troubleshooting and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on AV/IT field service experience.
• Experience providing on-site technical support at client sites.
• Strong documentation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with AV systems, video conferencing, networking.
• Willingness to travel across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission AV and workplace systems on-site.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AV/IT equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Prepare technical reports and service documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams and document customer feedback.
• Stay updated on AV tech and pursue ongoing training.
