About the role
You will own the full sales cycle—from strategic account development and discovery through solution alignment, business case, negotiation, and close. This role is designed for a consultative enterprise seller who can earn credibility with senior supply-chain, operations, finance, and technology leaders. You will work directly with the company's leadership and solution experts to help prospective customers modernize critical planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute territory and named-account plans across manufacturing, consumer products, wholesale distribution, foodservice, and retail
- Create pipeline through a combination of self-generated outbound activity, SDR-sourced opportunities, partner relationships, events, and marketing programs
- Engage executives and functional leaders across Supply Chain, Demand Planning, S&OP, Operations, Inventory, Procurement, Finance, and IT
- Lead discovery to understand current planning processes, technology, business priorities, operational pain, decision criteria, and measurable value potential
- Coordinate tailored demonstrations and solution workshops with product, delivery, and technical resources
- Develop compelling business cases, mutual action plans, commercial proposals, and executive presentations
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees, security and procurement reviews, negotiations, and contracting through close
- Maintain disciplined opportunity management, next steps, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy in the CRM
- Represent the company with professionalism and bring structured customer and market feedback to company leadership
About You
- Five or more years of successful B2B technology sales experience, including responsibility for closing enterprise software or complex technology solutions
- Demonstrated success selling to upper-mid-market or enterprise organizations, ideally companies with $100M+ in annual revenue
- Experience managing a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycle involving discovery, demonstrations, business cases, procurement, and negotiation
- Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS, ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, planning, analytics, WMS, TMS, procurement, or related business software
- Executive-level spoken and written English and the ability to lead North American customer meetings with confidence
- Ability to translate operational challenges into quantified business value and a clear case for change
- Consistent history of quota attainment, accurate forecasting, and disciplined CRM usage
- A self-directed, accountable working style and availability during US Eastern and Central business hours
