Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or HRTech enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and managing complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling into the Philippines or wider Southeast Asian market preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
• Self starter, comfortable operating independently in a newer market.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new enterprise business opportunities across the Philippines.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demonstration, negotiation, and closure.
• Engage and build relationships with CHROs, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations of Keka's products.
• Build and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted enterprise pipeline in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Presales, Product, and Customer Success to shape winning proposals.
• Represent Keka at local industry events and build early brand presence in the market.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enterprise revenue targets.
