Outsource Recruiter in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to close qualified inbound opportunities, guiding consultative discovery conversations and navigating complex sales cycles for mid-market and enterprise clients.

The role focuses on building relationships with multiple decision-makers, presenting staffing and outsourcing solutions, negotiating terms, and driving revenue growth with a proven, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience closing complex B2B deals for staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or MSPs.
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and consultative selling.
• Experience managing longer sales cycles with procurement and contracts.
• Ownership of opportunities from discovery through close.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative discovery calls with qualified inbound leads.
• Understand hiring challenges and tailor staffing/outsourcing solutions.
• Manage opportunities from discovery to contract execution.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders throughout the buying process.
• Present proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and sales docs.
• Coordinate with recruiting/ops/success teams for onboarding.
